fix: resolve TypeScript errors and improve code quality

- Remove isGeneratedIndex check (property doesn't exist on DocMetadata type)
- Replace inline error style with CSS class (.copyButtonError)
- Fix hydration mismatch by rendering button consistently (disabled until client-side)
- Button is now disabled on server-side render and enables once JS loads
- All changes maintain functionality while fixing build issues
