refactor: remove excessive CSS overrides for Lucide icons

Browse Source 
- Remove all !important declarations for icon sizing
- Lucide React icons handle their own sizing via size prop
- Keep only flex-shrink: 0 for layout purposes
- Remove redundant mobile icon size override
