fix: use electron.net for beatmods.com requests to avoid Cloudflare timeouts (#986)

* [fix] Use electron.net for beatmods.com requests

* [fix] Route beatmods.com file downloads through electron.net

* Add error handlers

* Refactor error handling in RequestService to ensure proper completion of file write operations

* fix lint errors
