style: gofmt/goimports новых файлов

Применить gofmt и goimports к файлам, добавленным в недавних разбиениях
(udprelay/loop.go, udprelay/run.go, vkauth/token_oksession.go). Группы импортов
теперь по порядку stdlib / external / internal.
