helium/core: simplify context menu and prevent huge widths ( #1951 )

- max selection text length was reduced to the value used in safari
(50 -> 24)
- search entry no longer has selected text in quotation marks
- back & forward page actions are hidden when not available, just like
in safari
- moved "save link as..." below "copy link address", because it's used
way less often
overall, the context menu is more demure than before

allows for translations using CLI tools like codex, opencode, claude,
and etc.
these CLI tools are run in a temporary directory to prevent agentic tool
usage. you must pass restrictive arguments if you use this option

the new option appears when calling the context menu on a foreground
tab. users can select tabs to keep active, right click on the last one,
and hibernate all other tabs. also, the hibernate option is now
separated from close actions.

- the common updater text is now easier to read and understand
- windows now has auto updates, so we use the same strings as on macos
- linux will not have in-browser auto updates, so we nudge the user
towards updating helium via the package manager every week

- top chrome reveal in zen mode now feels less chopped
- "Zen mode" is now "Frameless mode" in UI
- removed experimental label for zen mode and feature gates
- the infobar no longer looks out of place. it's thinner, looks like a
part of top chrome with rounded frame enabled, and has proper borders on
sides if rounded frame is disabled. it also behaves accordingly in zen.
