- Add onSessionIdChange callback to useChatStream hook - Notify tab context when new session gets real backend ID - Update tab's session ID when backend creates new session - Prevents message clearing when sending first message in new tab This fixes the issue where new tabs would show messages briefly then clear them because the temporary session ID didn't match the real session ID created by the backend.
