tulsi db6edb0d83 feat: add rounded-overlay token and apply to all floating surfaces (#110) ...

Add --radius-overlay (20px) as a semantic token for floating UI
surfaces. Migrate dropdown-menu, context-menu, popover, hover-card,
select, and menubar from rounded-dropdown (10px) to rounded-overlay
for softer, more consistent rounding across all overlay components.
