- Default context panel to closed; persist open/close state per session
  in chatSessionStore (in-memory, not localStorage)
- Redesign panel sections as widget cards with bordered containers and
  filled headers, replacing the accordion pattern
- Show worktree list directly in workspace widget instead of count text
- Migrate icons from lucide-react to @tabler/icons-react
- Clean up placeholder section copy
