Rizel Scarlett 9e2ed9c162 fix: handle MessageContent::Image in Google provider
The Google/Gemini provider was silently dropping user-attached images
because MessageContent::Image was not handled in format_messages.

This adds handling for MessageContent::Image using the inline_data format,
which is the same format already used for images in tool responses.

Fixes: User-attached images in CLI are now properly sent to Gemini API.
