The mapping report was a lock-file-style artifact that tracked which provider models mapped to canonical models. It was generated during releases by calling each provider's API with CI credentials, which caused internal/EAP model names (e.g. claude-churro-eap) to be committed to the public repo. The report was not used by any runtime code — it only served as a diff baseline for the next release run. Remove the report file, all checker/report logic from build_canonical_models, and the Justfile reference.
