Zane Staggs 2b30dc3a28 Fix drag and drop functionality for images and files 
- Add onFilesProcessed callback prop to ChatInput component
- Call onFilesProcessed after files are processed in performSubmit
- Pass setDroppedFiles callback from BaseChat to clear dropped files
- This ensures droppedFiles array is cleared after processing, allowing subsequent drops to work

The issue was that the droppedFiles state never got cleared after being processed,
so the useEffect that processes them wouldn't trigger for subsequent drops.
Now the files are properly cleared after being added to the input, restoring
full drag and drop functionality.

Zane Staggs d553b8ecc7 Fix padding and loading indicator issues after refactoring 
- Add contentClassName prop to BaseChat for custom content area styling
- Restore Pair component padding (pl-6 px-4 pb-16 pt-2) that was lost during refactoring
- Add LoadingGoose component to BaseChat to show 'Goose is working on it' indicator
- Remove redundant customMainLayoutProps from Pair component
- Clean up unused renderBeforeMessages content in Pair

Both issues are now resolved:
1. Chat window padding is restored to original Pair component styling
2. Loading indicator now shows when Goose is processing user messages
