feat: add vertical scrolling to push mode top/bottom layouts

- Change container overflow from 'overflow-hidden' to 'overflow-y-auto' for horizontal push mode
- Ensures all tiles remain accessible when content exceeds viewport height
- Particularly important for mobile (2 columns, 5 rows) and tablet (5 columns, 2 rows) layouts
- Maintains consistent scrolling behavior across all navigation modes
