# Getting Started with Agent Workflow Builder
|
|
|
|
Welcome to the Agent Workflow Builder! This guide will help you create your first AI-powered workflow in just a few minutes.
|
|
|
|
## 🚀 Quick Start
|
|
|
|
### 1. Installation
|
|
|
|
**Windows:**
|
|
|
|
```powershell
|
|
# Run the setup script
|
|
.\scripts\setup.ps1
|
|
|
|
# Or manually install dependencies
|
|
npm install
|
|

|
|
|
|
**macOS/Linux:**
|
|
|
|
```bash

# Run the setup script

### 2. Start the Application
|
|
|
|

npm start

Open your browser and go to `http://localhost:3000`
|

## 🎯 Your First Workflow
|
|
|
|
Let's create a simple workflow that takes text input and processes it with AI.
|
|
|
|
### Step 1: Create a New Workflow
|
|
|
|
1. Click **"New Workflow"** on the home screen
|
|
2. Enter a name like "My First Workflow"
|
|
3. Click **"Create"**
|
|
|
|
### Step 2: Add Nodes
|
|
|
|
1. Click **"Show Node Palette"** to reveal the node types
|
|
2. Drag a **Data Input** node onto the canvas
|
|
3. Drag an **LLM Task** node onto the canvas
|
|
4. Drag a **Data Output** node onto the canvas
|
|
|
|
### Step 3: Connect the Nodes
|
|
|
|
1. Click and drag from the bottom of the Data Input node to the top of the LLM Task node
|
|
2. Click and drag from the bottom of the LLM Task node to the top of the Data Output node
|
|
|
|
### Step 4: Configure the Nodes
|
|
|
|
1. **Click on the Data Input node** to open its configuration:
|
|
|
|
- Set Data Type to "text"
|
|
- Enter default value: "Hello, world!"
|
|
|
|
2. **Click on the LLM Task node** to open its configuration:
|
|
|
|
- Enter prompt: "Analyze the following text and provide insights: {{input}}"
|
|
- Select model: "gpt-3.5-turbo"
|
|
- Set temperature: 0.7
|
|
|
|
3. **Click on the Data Output node** to open its configuration:
|
|
- Set format to "text"
|
|
- Enter filename: "analysis.txt"
|
|
|
|
### Step 5: Test Your Workflow
|
|
|
|
1. Go to the **Testing Panel** on the right
|
|
2. Enter some test text in the input field
|
|
3. Click **"Run Test"**
|
|
4. Watch as each node processes the data
|
|
5. View the results in the execution panel
|
|
|
|
### Step 6: Save Your Workflow
|
|
|
|
1. Click **"Save"** in the toolbar
|
|
2. Your workflow is now saved and can be loaded later
