Alex Hancock 7fde386183 fix: use correct relative path for native-binaries from ui/ directory
The download-artifact action runs from the repo root and downloads to 'native-binaries',
but the run steps execute from 'ui/' directory due to defaults.run.working-directory.

From ui/, the correct path is '../native-binaries/' to access the repo root.
