Switches the musl goose-cli build to the release-small profile so the published aarch64/x86_64 musl artifacts pick up the ~53% size reduction (100 MB -> 47 MB on disk, 33 MB -> 15.7 MB bz2) with no feature change. The packaging step reads target/<TARGET>/release/goose, so copy the release-small output into release/ to keep packaging unchanged. Signed-off-by: Michael Neale <michael.neale@gmail.com>
