Rizel Scarlett 8d0c0b71c7 docs: add GOOSE_DEBUG environment variable documentation 
- Add GOOSE_DEBUG to environment variables table in Tool Configuration section
- Update CLI commands documentation to mention GOOSE_DEBUG as alternative to --debug flag
- GOOSE_DEBUG enables debug mode to show full tool parameters without truncation
- Follows existing precedence pattern where CLI flags take priority over environment variables

- Follow lowercase 'goose desktop' branding convention
