feat: кнопки блокируются во время теста, молния останавливает скан

- Кнопки FAB и меню серые и недоступны пока идёт пинг-тест
- Нажатие на молнию во время теста — останавливает его (не перезапускает)
- Иконка молнии меняется на стоп пока идёт тест
- isTesting LiveData управляет состоянием UI
