ungoogled-chromium introduced a flag to disable JIT, which also enables building with drumbrake, because disabling JIT also disables all wasm functionality. i want to drop the patch and these flags temporarily before i have more time to see if there are any size, security, or other drawbacks of building with drumbrake before adding it in
