Notes:
`'chrome/android/proviles/afdo.prof'` was removed from `PRUNING_EXCLUDE_PATTERNS`
because it no longer exists.
`core/chromium-upstream/remove-dead-reloc-in-nonalloc-LD-flags.patch` was
dropped as the commit that was backported is part of the Chromium 87 release.
`extra/inox-patchset/0006-modify-default-prefs.patch` now disables third-party
cookies in a similar fashion to GrapheneOS Vanadium.
`extra/debian/disable/device-notifications.patch` was dropped as the changes
that it made have been adopted by Chromium upstream.

Remove enable_swiftshader=false from GN flags

This addresses
https://github.com/ungoogled-software/ungoogled-chromium-macos/issues/24 ,
which requires enable_swiftshader=true. There is no strong reason in terms
of the project's objectives to disable SwiftShader, so it will be moved
to the platform-specific flags.

Removes flags that are not essential to the core of this project,
notably flags about the build mode (debug vs release, debug symbols).
These flags should be moved to platform-specific config instead.

Remove use_ozone=false from flags.gn
...
There's no reason for it to be explicitly disabled. Also, Ozone could be
beneficial in the future when it becomes the default on desktop Linux
for Wayland users.
