Tyler Longwell e685186205 feat(claw): use nest as cwd, add REPOS directory ...

Set the claw session working directory to the nest instead of $HOME so
relative paths resolve against the agent's knowledge structure.

Add REPOS/ to feather_nest() and the system prompt with guidance to
clone repos there, preferring --branch main --single-branch to save
disk and bandwidth.
