Michael Neale 084bd140e2 fix: remove skill paths from system prompt — summon discovers them ...

The system prompt was injecting hardcoded skill directory paths that
resolved incorrectly. Summon already scans {workingDir}/.goose/skills/
and presents skills to the agent at runtime — no need to duplicate
that in the system prompt.
