spencrmartin 105aa8ca94 fix: Update framer-motion version to match package-lock.json ...

Update framer-motion from ^11.11.17 to ^11.18.2 to match the version
in package-lock.json. This fixes the 'npm ci' failure in CI which
requires exact version matching between package.json and package-lock.json.
