Will Pfleger 381940db4f refactor: consolidate typed config tests into goosed.test.ts ...

Typed config E2E tests were split across two standalone files, each
spawning their own goosed server instance. Merged all 38 tests into
goosed.test.ts as a describe('typed config') block sharing the
existing server — eliminates 2 extra server startups and keeps all
config endpoint testing in one place.
