Michael Neale 161a9ce4fb Add persistent user memory learning across conversations ...

When chatrecall is enabled, goose extracts key facts about the user
(identity, projects, preferences, topics) at the end of each conversation
and caches them in ~/.local/state/goose/user_memory.json. These facts
are injected into every turn via the MOIM system, giving goose persistent
cross-session memory of the user. Extraction uses complete_fast in a
background task to stay cheap and non-blocking. Capped at 200 words.
