Taylor Ho da05d60645 fix: separate user message ID from assistant notification preset ID ...

The notification handler's preset ID is for the upcoming assistant
response, not the user message. Using the same ID caused the handler
to find the user message in the store and append assistant chunks into
it, rendering the response inside the user bubble.

Generate a separate assistantMessageId for the notification handler
while sending the userMessageId to the backend for storage.
