Subject: [PATCH] Add minimum height constraints and test file for ticker

- Added min-h-[56px] class and minHeight style to ensure ticker visibility
- Created standalone HTML test file to verify ticker appearance and functionality
- Improved height constraints to prevent ticker from being collapsed
