* Remove Simplify structure.

* Match for lines starting with 5 markers, not consisting of exactly 5 markers.

This is a regression from C to Rust conversion, see
https://github.com/deltachat/deltachat-core/blob/2bb1c280d5db07ed3974d57a4b2f128bca1da9f0/src/dc_simplify.c#L154

* Add tests.
