Claude 49fa822aa6 docs(opencode): seed CONTEXT.md with location vocabulary ...

Resolves the Project / Worktree / Workspace / Instance / Directory tangle
via the grill-with-docs skill. Workspace (control-plane connection target,
wrk_ ID) is a peer concept, not a synonym for Worktree (git worktree on
disk). Fixes the conflated comment on ProjectCommands.start.
