tulsi 4a4c1a6672 feat(goose2): tokenize typography across feature surfaces

Migrate ~250 sites from raw Tailwind text utilities (text-xs/sm/font-medium
combos) to semantic typestack tokens. Adds two new tokens — text-pill (11/500)
for badges and text-bubble (14/400/relaxed) for chat message bodies — plus
extends Streamdown markdown rendering with H1-H6 component overrides. Also
updates text-chrome from 300 to 400 weight to match sidebar legibility, and
removes the dead magazine-scale token block (heading-display, pullquote,
body-reading, etc.) from globals.css.

Surfaces tokenized: right-rail context panel, settings sub-pages (all 14),
search inputs, pills/badges/chips, chat surface (composer, streamdown
headings, body wrapper), onboarding flow, providers, projects, agents,
skills, sessions. Deliberate skips remain for: AppearanceSettings
ToggleGroup pills (separate design call), avatar fallback initials,
composer chips at 12px, ToolCallAdapter action buttons, MessageBubble
attachment chips.
