- ContentRouter now uses transforms::detection::detect() (full ported
content detector with regex + unidiff fallback) instead of the old
stub detection logic
- LogCompressor, SearchCompressor, DiffCompressor are now the full
ported implementations from transforms/ (1,295 / 902 / 1,685 lines)
rather than the earlier sketch stubs
- DiffCompressor added as a third routing target for GitDiff content
- Removed dead stub detection code (try_detect_search, try_detect_log,
LOG_PATTERNS, SEARCH_RESULT_PATTERN) from mod.rs
- transforms/mod.rs: expose diff_compressor module and re-export types
- Add end-to-end integration tests (headroom_e2e.rs) demonstrating:
build log: 6561 → 390 bytes (94% compression, 1542 tokens saved)
grep results: 3293 → 282 bytes (91% compression)
diff: passthrough (correct — small diff under budget threshold)
All 231 headroom unit tests pass. Build clean, clippy clean, fmt clean.
