Jack Amadeo 24bd27e241 feat(acp): add custom methods for all goose HTTP API endpoints ...

Map ~50 goose-server HTTP endpoints to ACP custom methods, covering
config management, custom providers, prompts, session operations,
scheduling, recipes, telemetry, dictation, and features. Each endpoint
gets a typed request/response pair in goose-sdk and a handler in
goose-acp server.
