- Thread the session working dir into execute_typescript tool callbacks so Developer tools dispatched from code mode no longer hit the working-dir guard - Skip shell env capture under Flatpak (sandbox temp script is unreachable from flatpak-spawn --host) - Add a regression test that cancelling a shell tool call kills the child process group
