Bradley Axen bafc8f9020 Add read_image tool to develop extension 
Unified image tool that can:
- Read images from filesystem (by path)
- Capture windows by fuzzy title matching
- Capture full screen (display)

Features:
- Automatic resizing for optimal LLM consumption (max 1568px long edge, ~1.15MP)
- Fuzzy window matching with helpful error messages listing available windows
- System UI filtering (menubar items, status bar, etc.)
- PNG output for quality

Bradley Axen ae81197e79 Update develop extension strategy based on experiment results 
Experiment compared four conditions for codebase exploration:
- with-analyze: Full semantic analysis tool
- with-map-balanced: Lightweight map + rg with balanced prompting
- with-map: Lightweight map + rg, minimize context
- without-analyze: Baseline shell + text_editor

Key findings:
- with-map-balanced achieved 60% reduction in final context size
- Cumulative token cost essentially neutral (+1.8% vs baseline)
- All conditions produced high-quality answers
- Aggressive context minimization can backfire (23% higher cumulative cost)

Updated develop extension instructions to use the winning strategy:
- Emphasize context window management responsibility
- Recommend map + rg --heading -n for exploration
- Add efficiency tip about balancing context vs round-trip overhead

Also removes experiment files from git tracking (kept locally in
experiments/analyze-tool/ which is now gitignored).

Bradley Axen e0c75962f8 Simplify explore tools: keep map with line counts, remove find 
- Remove find tool and all tree-sitter language analyzers (go, js, py, rs)
- Simplify map to only show line counts (no function/class counting)
- Add Token Efficiency guidance to MCP instructions recommending:
  - map for codebase layout
  - rg --heading -n for symbol searches
  - Avoiding large output dumps

The find tool provided marginal value over 'rg --heading -n' which gives
grouped output with line numbers in a single shell call.

Bradley Axen d7db388213 Add file_write and file_edit tools to develop extension 
- file_write: create/overwrite files, auto-creates parent dirs
- file_edit: find/replace with before/after params, requires unique match
- Shows 2 match contexts on ambiguous edits to save tokens
- 7 unit tests covering happy paths and error cases
