Michael Neale d1969e4dec feat(memory): enable user profile and chat recall by default 
Flip GOOSE_USER_PROFILE_ENABLED and GOOSE_CHAT_RECALL_AUTO defaults to on
so the memory features work without setting env vars; the flags remain as
opt-outs.

Michael Neale e76c9ee7cb feat(memory): rolling user profile + cited chat recall 
Two opt-in memory features that bring ChatGPT-style memory to goose,
both computed lazily with the fast model and surfaced at session start.

User profile (GOOSE_USER_PROFILE_ENABLED):
- Distills recent sessions (generated names + opening user messages)
  into a ~20-line 'about the user' blurb injected into the system prompt.
- Refresh is a revision, not a rewrite: the existing profile is fed back
  in so durable facts and long-standing preferences persist, new signal
  is folded in, and only clearly stale entries are dropped.
- Stored as plain markdown at ~/.local/share/goose/user_profile.md; no DB
  schema change. Background refresh keeps session start latency at zero.

Auto chat recall (GOOSE_CHAT_RECALL_AUTO):
- A pre-turn 'remembering' step: a fast-model gate decides whether recall
  is warranted and extracts keywords (NONE skips, so trivial turns are
  free), retrieves relevant past sessions, injects them as agent-visible
  grounded context, and surfaces cited sources (title + date) to the user.

Chat history search ranking overhaul:
- Rank sessions by keyword coverage then frequency, with recency only as a
  tiebreaker (was: newest matching message wins).
- Stopword/short-word filtering; candidate pool decoupled from limit, which
  now bounds returned sessions.
- Snippet is the best-matching message, not the session opener.
- Compaction/continuation summaries are deprioritized so a message that
  genuinely discusses the topic outranks a keyword-dense session recap.

Tests: auto_recall (6), user_profile (8), search ranking (4, including
older-on-topic-beats-recent-noise and summary-deprioritization).
