Fábio Soares 6d90c65624 Draw with Windows' own shader compiler, and say how to start without the graphics card when the device is lost (#558) 
Fixes #522. On Windows the app draws with the DX12 shader compiler that ships with Windows (FXC) unless WGPU_DX12_COMPILER says otherwise, and a lost graphics device says how to draw without the graphics card (CRAFT_ANYTHING_RENDERER=software).
