The scan only tried fixed addresses, so LM Studio on another port, or a server on another computer on the network, wasn't offered even when OpenCode used it (#83, #73). It now reads provider.<id>.options.baseURL from OpenCode's settings and probes the ones on this computer or its network the same bounded way.
