Brandon Thomas 19fd9ebcaf A build stops with a plain message when craft-anything-cli is missing ...

Without the CLI there is no tool server, so Claude Code stopped at its first
approval with a stack trace ("MCP tool ...core_action_approve not found"). A
local build by an agent that is handed the tool server now checks that the CLI
starts before doing any work, and says what to do if it doesn't.
