phatloi0010 0748ef1be7 Start DX12 only by default on Windows to avoid Intel Vulkan driver crashes (#414) 
On Windows the app starts only DX12 by default, since starting Vulkan crashed on some Intel drivers before any window opened; WGPU_BACKEND still picks others. Fixes #394.
